Ushakov Andrey Aleksandrovich was born on April 16 in 1978 in Yellow Waters city Dnepropetrovsk area. Since 1985 until 1991 he was studying at school named after A. S. Pushkin number 1 in Yellow Waters city. Since 1991 until 1995 he has been studying in natural-scientific lyceum in Yellow Waters city. Since 1995 until 2001 he was studying at National aerospace university "KhAI" named after N. E. Zhukovskiy. Ushakov Andrey has graduated from the university with honors specializing in "Computer systems and networks" and has obtained the qualification "Engineer on computer systems". Since May 2001 until May 2004 he has been a postgraduate student of National aerospace university. Since April 2002 until April 2004 has been working in a position of the assistant on "Computer systems and networks" faculty of National aerospace university. On May, 13, 2005 he has a dissertation in on the competition of a scientific science rank candidate . The candidates thesis was on "Models, methods and software-technical means of failure-safe digital control systems with programmed logic creation". Ushakov Andrey has eighteen published works, including one textbook, eight articles in scientific editions (three articles in scientific magazines, five articles in collections of scientific works), two reports and five thesis of reports in proceeding's collections of conferences, and also two certificates on registration of the copyright to the computer program. Sphere of his scientific interests is researches and improvements of modern CADs for FPGA-based digital devices with the purpose of increasing the fault tolerance. He conducts a number of works on FPGA-based fault-tolerant digital devices simulation modeling, their space-structural adaptation, and diverse designing with the help of genetic algorithms. The most interesting applied ones are the questions connected with realization of possible arithmetic and multimedia algorithms on FPGA. He also serves as the scientific secretary of a permanent scientific and technical seminar "Critical computer technologies and systems".
