Each author should provide to the editors following information (all the information should be in one file ):
- Paper prepared according to the requirements (in the MS Word format (*.doc))
- Annotation
- Information about author(s) (name, affiliation, position, e-mail)

Paper formating requirements:

Left and right - 22.5 mm. |
| Text layout | 2 columns (column interval - 5 mm) |
| Text align | Justify |
| Font | Times New Roman, 10 |
| Line spacing | 1.1 |
| Indentation | 75 mm |
| Figures and its captions | Align Center (without indentation) |
| Tables | Should be numbered and entitled |
| Formulas | Should be created by MS Equation editor (see additional requirements below), center aligned and numbered |
