Languages

Working languages of the conference are English, Ukrainian and Russian.

Publications

The report annotations selected by the steering committee will be published as extended conference proceedings. The full text of reports (articles) formed according to the requirements and passed the reviewing will be published in the special issue of a "Radio-electronic and computer systems" magazine, edited by National Aerospace University "KhAI".

Deadlines

January 16th, 2006Preliminary submission and registration of requests for participation.
February 15th, 2006Submission of the full text reports.
March 9th, 2006Notification about including to the conference programme and reception of the reports for publication.
March 25th, 2006Registration and participation payment.
April 3rd, 2006Sending of the invitations and conference programme.
April 24th, 2006Participants visit.
April 25th, 2006Conference opening.
April 27th, 2006Conference closing.

Participants' registration

There are two ways of conference participants' registration:

  • Filling in the registration form;
  • Sending an e-mail to the conference organizing committee (dessert@csac.khai.edu). E-mail should contain the following information about participant:
    1. Full name.
    2. Position, academic degree, academic status.
    3. Organization, institution, enterprise.
    4. Phone/fax number.
    5. Postal address.
    6. E-mail.
    7. Participation with/without the report.
    8. Planned topic of the report (including keywords and brief annotation).
    9. Accommodation type (single, double, without accommodation).

Report (article) materials should be formed according to the requirements: english version and russian version (see example too) and sent before submission deadline to organizing committee by e-mail (dessert@csac.khai.edu) or using registration or participant's form.

Participation fee

For compensations of costs on conference holding (conference proceedings publication, etc.) it is planned to collect a participation fee (preliminary fee amount is 50 ˆ, final amount will be specified after acception of reports.

Accommodation

Hotel reservations should be made through organizing committee. Prices vary depending on conveniences and services provided (25 - 200 ˆ). Additional information is given on request.
